Deivamagal, or God's Daughter in English, is a Tamil Soap opera mainly aired on Sun tv. The show is available on Tamil TV channels live during prime time and revolves around the lives of working women. The cast features Krishna as the male lead, Prakash Chidambaram, husband of female lead Sathyapriya, who is in turn played by Vani Bhojan. Krishna comes off as an irresponsible character, drinking and conspiring with his friends. Prakash's family consists of sons Kumar, Raju and Prakash, who are married to Gayathiri, Thilaga and Sathya respectively.
